El software ayuda a las empresas a visualizar la información del sistema sobre mapas cartográficos y mejorar las nuevas estrategias.
Open Systems Corp, compañía de desarrollo e implementación de soluciones B.O.S.S. (Business and Operations Support Solutions) para compañías de telecomunicaciones y servicios públicos, lanzó su nueva generación de su solución SmartFlex, que de manera flexible e integrada, soporta el ciclo de negocio de estas compañías.
La generación 7 de SmartFlex introduce un nuevo paradigma tecnológico en el mercado, presenta una nueva arquitectura de APP’s para la interfaz de usuario final; facilita la visualización de toda la información del sistema sobre mapas; apoya la creación de las ofertas comerciales más rápidamente y brinda un conjunto importante de nuevas funcionalidades para una gestión más eficiente de la empresas.
Por medio de la solución pueden tener acceso al sistema desde puntos remotos, tales como: socios, agencias, canales de venta y contratistas a través de internet y sin tener que realizar inversiones adicionales. En la nueva arquitectura del sistema, la interfaz de usuario final tiene aplicaciones especializadas, “APPs”, livianas y funcionalmente, que permiten que de forma segura, el aplicativo pueda ser accedido y actualizado con toda su potencia, desde cualquier lugar a través de internet.
De igual forma reduce el Time-To-Market para introducir nuevas ofertas y planes: El sistema tiene una librería de productos, servicios y procesos, una nueva estructura de clientes y productos, que permiten la definición rápida de nuevas ofertas comerciales y paquetes de productos.
“En términos generales, podemos esperar que esta nueva generación reduzca este tiempo al 50%, con respecto a la generación anterior de producto”, manifestó Benito Pardini, gerente del centro de desarrollo de software.
